John N. Bahcall (* December 30, 1934 in Shreveport; † August 17, 2005 in New York City) was an american physicist. He was 70 years old. He was married to Neta Bahcall. His education included Harvard University, University of Chicago, University of California, Berkeley, Louisiana State University and C. E. Byrd High School. He received 10 awards, including Benjamin Franklin Medal, Helen B. Warner Prize for Astronomy. He was buried at Princeton Cemetery.
