Biography
Johnny Clegg (* June 7, 1953 in Bacup; † July 16, 2019 in Johannesburg) was a british and South African musician, anthropologist and anti-apartheid icon. He was 66 years old. He had 2 children. He studied at University of the Witwatersrand. His faith was Judaism. His awards include Order of Ikhamanga and honorary doctor of the University of the Witwatersrand. His cause of death was pancreatic cancer. He was buried at Westpark Cemetery.
