Biography of Jose Garcia Villa

Jose Garcia Villa (* 5. August 1908 in Manila; † 7. February 1997 in New York City) was an english-language Filipino poet. He was 88 years old. His education included University of the Philippines, University of New Mexico and Columbia University. He received 4 awards, including Guggenheim Fellowship, National Artist of the Philippines.
