José Joaquín de Olmedo (* 20. March 1780 in Guayaquil; † 19. February 1847 in Guayaquil) was a staats- und Regierungschef von Ecuador. He was 66 years old. He was married to María Rosa Icaza. His education included National University of San Marcos and Real Convictorio de San Carlos. He worked at National University of San Marcos, Real Convictorio de San Carlos, Cortes of Cádiz, Vicente Ramón Roca, Free Province of Guayaquil, Constituent Congress of Peru, 1822, Gran Colombia, Government of Ecuador and Municipality of Guayaquil. He was buried at San Francisco Church, Guayaquil.
