Josef Schütz (* 23. July 1910 in Pernink; † 17. March 1989 in Berlin) was a deutscher Kommunist, Diplomat, Mitarbeiter der VP und des MfNV. He was 78 years old. He studied at International Lenin School. His awards include Order of Karl Marx, Banner of Labor and Jubilee Medal "Forty Years of Victory in the Great Patriotic War 1941–1945". He was buried at Zentralfriedhof Friedrichsfelde.
