Biography
Josef Suk (* August 8, 1929 in Prague; † July 6, 2011 in Prague) was a czech violinist, violist and conductor. He was 81 years old. His education included Prague Conservatory and Academy of Performing Arts. His awards include Czech Medal of Merit, honorary citizen of Prague 2 and National Artist. His cause of death was prostate cancer. He was buried at Vyšehrad cemetery.
