Biography
Joseph Keller (* July 31, 1923 in Paterson; † September 7, 2016 in Stanford) was an american mathematician. He was 93 years old. He was married to Alice S. Whittemore and Evelyn Fox Keller. His education included Courant Institute School of Mathematics, Computing, and Data Science, New York University and Eastside High School. He received 10 awards, including Timoshenko Medal, National Medal of Science. He was buried at Woods Hole Village Cemetery.
