He studied at Pontifical Gregorian University. His faith was Catholic Church. He received 6 awards, including Great Cross with Star and Sash of the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany, Bene Merito. He was buried at Primatial Basilica Metropolitan Cathedral of Gniezno.
