J.P. Jacobsen (* 23. February 1877 in Skenkelsø; † 19. June 1946 in Gentofte) was a danish geophysicist. He was 69 years old. He worked at Herlufsholm School, Den Farmaceutiske Læreanstalt and Aarhus Katedralskole. He was awarded the Knight of the Order of the Dannebrog.
