Juan de la Cerda, 5th Duke of Medinaceli (* 1. January 1544; † 29. May 1594 in Madrid) was a spanish noble, 5th duke of Medinaceli. He was 50 years old. He was married to Isabel de Aragón y de Cardona. He had at least 2 children (2 sons). He was awarded the Knight of the Order of the Golden Fleece.
