Biography of Juan López-Morillas

Juan López-Morillas (* 11. August 1913 in Jódar; † 21. March 1997 in Austin) was a spanish and Portuguese Literature professor. He was 83 years old. He was married to Frances M. López-Morillas. His education included Complutense University of Madrid, Instituto San Isidro and University of Iowa. He worked at University of Iowa, Brown University and University of Texas at Austin. He was awarded the Guggenheim Fellowship.
