Biography of Julius Onen

Julius Onen (* 4. September 1948; † 10. March 2019 in Paragon Hospital) was an ugandan lawyer and diplomat. He was 70 years old. His education included Makerere University, St. Mary's College Kisubi, St. Peter's College Tororo and Lacor Primary School.
