Biography of Karl Maron

Karl Maron (* 27. April 1903 in Charlottenburg; † 2. February 1975 in East Berlin) was a deutscher Politiker (SED), MdV, Minister des Innern der DDR. He was 71 years old. He worked at Volkspolizei and Council of Ministers of the GDR. He received 4 awards, including Order of Karl Marx, Scharnhorst Order. He was buried at The Socialists' Memorial.
