Karl von Thielen (* 30. January 1832 in Wesel; † 10. January 1906 in Berlin) was a deutscher Politiker. He was 73 years old. His education included University of Bonn and Frederick William University Berlin. He worked at Prussian state railways and Rhenish Railway Company. His awards include Order of the Black Eagle and ennoblement. His cause of death was disease. He was buried at Dreifaltigkeitskirchhof II.
