Karpis Schamljan (* 9. February 1939 in Alexandria; † 11. February 2022) was an actor. He was 83 years old. He studied at Yerevan State Institute of Fine Arts and Theater. He worked at Gyumri State Drama Theater named after Vardan Ajemyan and Yerevan Drama Theatre. He was awarded the Honored Artist of Armenia.
