Biography
Kenneth Appel (* October 8, 1932 in Brooklyn; † April 19, 2013 in Dover) was an american mathematician. He was 80 years old. His education included University of Michigan and Queens College. His awards include Fellow of the American Mathematical Society and Fulkerson Prize. His cause of death was esophageal cancer. He was buried at Pine Hill Cemetery.
