Khalida Safarova (* 25. August 1926 in Ganja; † 23. December 2005 in Baku) was an azerbaijani painter. She was 79 years old. She was married to Mahmud Tagiyev. Her education included Azim Azimzade Art School and Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography. Her awards include People's Artist of the Azerbaijan SSR and Honored painter of Azerbaijan SSR.
