Biography of Kohei Otsuka

Kohei Otsuka (* 5. October 1959 in Nagoya; † 2. March 2026) was a japanese politician. He was 66 years old. His education included Nagoya City Tashiro Elementary School, Aichi Prefectural Asahigaoka Senior High School, School of Political Science and Economics, Waseda University and Graduate School of Social Sciences, Waseda University. His cause of death was heart failure.
