Biography of Kunimichi Kitagaki

Kunimichi Kitagaki (* 17. September 1836 in Yabu district; † 16. January 1916) was a japanese politician. He was 79 years old. He worked at Hokkaido Development Commission, Genrōin, Ministry of Colonial Affairs and Privy Council of Japan. He was awarded the Order of the Rising Sun, 1st class.
