Biography
Larry McMurtry (* June 3, 1936 in Archer City; † March 25, 2021 in Archer City) was an american novelist, essayist, bookseller and screenwriter. He was 84 years old. His education included University of North Texas, Archer City High School and Rice University. He received 10 awards, including Guggenheim Fellowship, Academy Award for Best Writing, Adapted Screenplay. His cause of death was heart failure.
