Biography of Leida Laius

Leida Laius (* 26. March 1923 in Yamburgsky Uyezd; † 6. April 1996 in Tallinn) was an estnische Filmregisseurin. She was 73 years old. Her education included Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography and Estonian State Theatre Institute. She received 5 awards, including Order of the Patriotic War, 2nd class, Medal "For Battle Merit". She was buried at Pärnamäe Cemetery.
