Biography of Leon Karwacki (1871-1942)

Leon Karwacki (* 9. April 1871 in Włodawa; † 18. February 1942 in Warsaw) was a polnischer Mikrobiologe. He was 70 years old. He studied at Wydział Lekarski Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego. He worked at University of Warsaw. He received 4 awards, including Gold Cross of Merit‎, Officer of the Order of Polonia Restituta. He was buried at Powązki Cemetery.
