Biography of Leonid Alexejewitsch Filatow

Leonid Alexejewitsch Filatow (* 24. December 1946 in Kazan; † 26. October 2003 in Moscow) was a soviet and Russian actor, director, poet, publicist. He was 56 years old. He was married to Nina Sergejewna Schazkaja. He studied at Boris Shchukin Theatre Institute. He received 5 awards, including People's Artist of the Russian Federation, Merited Artist of the RSFSR. His cause of death was pneumonia. He was buried at Vagankovo Cemetery.
