Biography of Lewis Hanke

Lewis Hanke (* 2. January 1905; † 26. March 1993) was a scholar of Latin American history. He was 88 years old. His education included Harvard University, Northwestern University and University of Massachusetts Amherst. He worked at University of Massachusetts Amherst and Columbia University. His awards include Albert J. Beveridge Award and Silvert Award.
