Biography of Lia Schwartz

Lia Schwartz (* 14. June 1941 in Corrientes Province; † 31. May 2020 in New York City) was an argentine writer. She was 78 years old. Her education included Facultad de Filosofía y Letras de la Universidad de Buenos Aires, Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz and University of Illinois system. She worked at University of Buenos Aires, City University of New York, Fordham University and Dartmouth College. Her awards include Knight Commander of the Order of Alfonso X and Order of Civil Merit.
