Louie Bellson (* July 6, 1924 in Rock Falls; † February 14, 2009 in Los Angeles) was an american jazz drummer. He was 84 years old. He was married to Pearl Bailey. He had at least 1 child (1 daughter). He studied at Moline High School. He was awarded the NEA Jazz Masters. His cause of death was Parkinson's disease. He was buried at Riverside Cemetery.
