Luís Pinto de Mendonça Arrais (* 9. July 1787 in Seia; † 30. June 1859 in Lisbon) was a portugiesischer Feldherr. He was 71 years old. He studied at Law School of the University of Coimbra. He was awarded the Knight of the Order of the Tower and Sword.
