Luo Binghui (* 22. December 1897; † 21. June 1946) was a chinese Communist general. He was 48 years old. His awards include Second Class Red Star Medal, People's Liberation Army Strategist and 100 heroes and model figures who have made outstanding contributions to the founding of New China.
