Biography of Luo Chang

Luo Chang (* 1. January 1883 in Honolulu; † 6. February 1956 in Beijing) was a hawaiian-Chinese academic. He was 73 years old. He was married to Kang Tongbi. He had at least 2 children (1 son and 1 daughter). His education included University of Oxford and Waseda University.
