Biography of Lygia Pape

Lygia Pape (* 7. April 1927 in Nova Friburgo; † 3. May 2004 in Rio de Janeiro) was a brasilianische Künstlerin. She was 77 years old. Her education included Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and Escola Nacional de Belas Artes. She worked at Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. She was awarded the Guggenheim Fellowship.
