Lyra McKee (* March 31, 1990 in Belfast; † April 18, 2019 in Derry) was a northern Irish journalist. She was 29 years old. Her education included Birmingham City University and St Gemma's High School. Her awards include Forbes 30 Under 30 and Attitude Pride Award. Her cause of death was gunshot wound.
