Maila Rästas (* 8. April 1937; † 19. April 2008) was an estonian stage actress. She was 71 years old. She studied at Drama School at Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre. She worked at Estonian Drama Theatre. She was awarded the Merited Artist of Estonian SSR.
