Biography
Manuel Fraga (* November 23, 1922 in Vilalba; † January 15, 2012 in Madrid) was a spanish politician. He was 89 years old. He had 5 children. His education included University of Santiago de Compostela and Complutense University of Madrid. His faith was Catholicism. He received 7 awards, including Collar of the Order of Isabella the Catholic, Great Cross with Star and Sash of the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany.
