Maria del Pilar (* 4. June 1861 in Madrid; † 5. August 1879 in Eskoriatza) was an infanta of Spain. She was 18 years old. She was awarded the Dame of the Order of Queen Maria Luisa. She was buried at Pantheon of the Infantes of the Royal Monastery of San Lorenzo de El Escorial.
