Maria Kaczyńska (* August 21, 1942 in Machowo; † April 10, 2010 in Smolensk) was a first Lady of Poland. She was 67 years old. She was married to Lech Kaczyński. She had 1 child. She studied at University of Gdańsk. She received 4 awards, including Grand Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta, Grand Cross of the Order of Prince Henry. Her cause of death was Smolensk air disaster. She was buried at Wawel Cathedral.
