Biography of Marietta Sergejewna Schaginjan

Marietta Sergejewna Schaginjan (* 21. March 1888 in Moscow; † 20. March 1982 in Moscow) was a sowjetische Schriftstellerin. She was 93 years old. She had at least 1 child (1 daughter). Her education included Lyceum № 13, Higher Women's Courses and Heidelberg University. She worked at Priazovskiy Kray (newspaper), Rostov State Conservatory, Rossiĭskiĭ institut istorii iskusstv, Pravda and Izvestia. She received 10 awards, including Stalin Prize, Order of Lenin. She was buried at Armenian Cemetery.
