Mario Vargas Llosa (* March 28, 1936 in Arequipa; † April 13, 2025 in Lima) was a peruvian, Spanish and Dominican novelist and writer. He was 89 years old. He was married to Julia Urquidi Illanes and Patricia Llosa Urquidi. His education included National University of San Marcos, Complutense University of Madrid, Leoncio Prado Military Academy, Colegio La Salle and Colegio San Miguel de Piura. His faith was agnosticism. He received 10 awards, including Nobel Prize in Literature, Rómulo Gallegos Prize.
