Biography of Mark Baring

Mark Baring (* 9. June 1916; † 6. February 1988) was a british hospital administrator, financial services executive, and public servant. He was 71 years old. He was married to Victoria Winifred Russell. His education included Trinity College and Eton College. His awards include Commander of the Royal Victorian Order and Knight Commander of the Order of St Michael and St George.
