Biography of Marta Eggerth

Marta Eggerth (* 17. April 1912 in Budapest; † 26. December 2013 in Rye) was an american actress, singer. She was 101 years old. She was married to Jan Kiepura. Her awards include Great Silver Medal of Honour for Services to the Republic of Austria, Member of the Order of Merit of the Republic of Poland and Austrian Decoration for Science and Art. She was buried at Greenwood Union Cemetery.
