Biography
Marvin Hamlisch (* June 2, 1944 in Manhattan; † August 6, 2012 in Los Angeles) was an american composer and conductor. He was 68 years old. He studied at Queens College. His faith was Reform Judaism. He received 7 awards, including Pulitzer Prize for Drama, Grammy Award for Best New Artist. His cause of death was respiratory failure. He was buried at Mount Zion Cemetery.
