Mary Fairfax (* 15. August 1922 in Warsaw; † 17. September 2017 in Double Bay) was a polish-born Australian philanthropist. She was 95 years old. She was married to Warwick Oswald Fairfax. Her education included Presbyterian Ladies' College Sydney and University of Sydney. Her faith was Anglican Church of Australia.
