Maryann Mahaffey (* 18. January 1925 in Burlington; † 27. July 2006 in Detroit) was an uS-amerikanische Politikerin. She was 81 years old. Her education included USC Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work and Cornell College. She worked at Wayne State University. She was awarded the Michigan Women's Hall of Fame. Her cause of death was leukemia.
