Biography of Maryna Hnatenko

Maryna Hnatenko (* 12. March 1914 in Starosillia; † 13. April 2006 in Kyiv) was an ukrainian agronomist and politician. She was 92 years old. Her education included National University of Food Technologies and National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine. She worked at The Institute of Bioenergy Crops and Sugar Beet of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine. She received 7 awards, including Hero of Socialist Labour, Order of Bohdan Khmelnytskyi, 3rd class. She was buried at Berkovets cemetery.
