Biography
Maryse Condé (* February 11, 1934 in Pointe-à-Pitre; † April 2, 2024 in Apt) was a french author from Guadeloupe. She was 90 years old. She studied at Sorbonne Nouvelle-Paris 3. She received 8 awards, including Guggenheim Fellowship, Anaïs Ségalas Prize. She was buried at Père Lachaise Cemetery.
