Biography of Masao Onoe

Masao Onoe (* 1. January 1905; † 16. May 1999) was a japanese political scientist. He was 94 years old. He studied at Kyoto University. He worked at Kobe Gakuin University. He was awarded the Order of the Rising Sun, 3rd class.
