Dairyū-ji Temple
Masaoka Shiki (* 14. October 1867 in Matsuyama; † 19. September 1902 in Negishi) was a japanischer Schriftsteller. He was 34 years old. His education included Tokyo Imperial University, First Higher School, Kaisei Junior & Senior High School and Ehime Prefectural Matsuyama Higashi High School. He worked at Nippon. His awards include Japanese Baseball Hall of Fame and Nihon Ki-in Hall of Fame. His cause of death was tuberculosis. He was buried at Dairyū-ji Temple.
