Maud Joynt (* 7. March 1868 in County Roscommon; † 24. July 1940 in Portobello) was an irish Celtic scholar and linguist. She was 72 years old. Her education included Royal University of Ireland and Alexandra College. She worked at Methodist College Belfast and Alexandra College. She was buried at Mount Jerome Cemetery.
