Biography of Maurice Agulhon

Maurice Agulhon (* 20. December 1926 in Uzès; † 28. May 2014 in Brignoles) was a französischer Historiker. He was 87 years old. His education included École Normale Supérieure, lycée du Parc, University of Paris and Lycée Mistral. He worked at Collège de France, Lycée Thiers, University of Provence - Aix-Marseille I, University of Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne and National Center for Scientific Research. He received 5 awards, including Officer of the Legion of Honour, Officer of Arts and Letters.
