Mehtab Quliyev (* 6. December 1997 in Kichik Garamurad; † 30. October 2020 in Zangilan District) was a soldier of the Border Troops of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces, Martyr of the 2nd Karabakh war. He was 22 years old. His awards include medal "For the Homeland", For Heroism Medal and For the Liberation of Zangilan Medal.
