Melih Kibar (* 6. September 1951 in Istanbul; † 7. April 2005 in Istanbul) was a turkish composer. He was 53 years old. His education included Aberystwyth University, Boğaziçi University and Deutsche Schule Istanbul. His cause of death was skin cancer. He was buried at Nakkaş Baba Cemetery.
